journey : upload the correct document record and open correct section

Hello,

I'm trying to create a journey by using checklist functinalities.

In some tasks , i have selected document as need a document is providing by the employee.

In the same task i have selected "external url"option and have copy pasted (via deep links function) the deeplinks "document record". in the example bellow we expect from the employee an ID (passport or citizen card)

Once we click in the external URL "go to website" the link takes us to the next page :

The thing is, for an employee who is not familiar with the system , i'd rather going directly to the expected document type and avoid the employee using the search bar to select the document type (cf attached picture)
