Is there a way to get a listing of person who have benefits events in detected status?

Summary: During open enrollment 2023 there was an issue with employees whose open enrollments were in a detected status and did not allow enrollment. Many of these happened after a salary change event was triggered. There is a need to be able to track these down so that the enrollment window can be added back to the record for enrollment.
