Request is not sending to Participant to get Participant/Peer feedback in a Performance document

Summary:

Dear Team,

With Admin login, I have assigned a performance document to one employee.

And I logged in with that employee and I'm trying to request Peer feedback.

And I have selected two random employees but still request is not going to them.

Could you please let me know what is stopping and how can I request and get participant feedback.

And in actions, I did not see any option to send request.

Could you please help me in sending Peer feedback request and employee should be able to see participant feedback in participant feedback section also but that is also not happening.
