FSM attribute for PO line invoiced quantity

Summary: Is there any attribute available to add in FSM conditions for PO line invoice quantity?

Content (required): We need to send notification to approval group if line is invoiced and price changed in that PO line. But we are not able to find any attribute in conditions where we can identify if the line quantity is invoiced.
