Summary: Does anybody knows if we can change the below status from Not Applicable to Mark Complete by HR in the UI?

Content (required): Does anybody knows if we can change the below status from Not Applicable to Mark Complete by HR in the UI? For the fact that we already did rename it to the desired status, but it's still showing as a Not applicable when HR marks the tasks as Complete.
