My Organization tab in Performance Management - how do we activate this page?

Hi All,
Performance Management module frequently references the My Organization tab in Performance. This seems to be an area of the systems where interactive reports/analytics regarding Performance Management would sit. We currently do not have access to this page in Responsive UI; and I would like to know how to activate/setup this page within the system.
When a manager navigates to Career and Performance from My Team on the navigation bar - they have these pages available:
- Goals and Performance Overview
- Career Overview
- Evaluate Performance
