How to extract Tax Classification (Party Tax Profile Controls) for all Customers?

We need to update the Tax Classification of multiple customers, so we would like to first extract all existing data (which were uploaded using TaxImplWorkbookTemplate) and change the Tax Classification accordingly.

We need to update the Tax Classification (see screenshot below) of multiple customers, so we would like to first extract all existing data (which were uploaded using TaxImplWorkbookTemplate), so that we can change the Tax Classification in bulk accordingly using the same template.

We are not able to use OTBI since Tax Classification is not available in Receivables Subject Areas when creating OTBI Analysis.
