Competency Rating Model Settings

Summary:

Competency to have 2 dimentional rating.

Content (required):

Hi Team,


We have a requirement where we are rating competency in 3 scale : -


Achieved , Needs Improvements, Not Achieved.


The individual rating is 100, 50, and 0

But the overall rating should be average of all the competencies and if the Average is


0-30 --- Not Achieved.

31-70 – Needs Improvements

71-100 - Achieved.



If I set the Numeric rating as shown below, I am able to achieve the overall rating part but if all the competencies are rated as Not Achieved it will still be equal to 30 and not 0



Can we achieve this requirement in rating model settings are should we write a Fast Formula for this.
