Do we have restAPI or webservice to update Atrribute_Date1(Global DFF) at customer Account level?

Summary:

We are trying to update the Global DFF (Attribute_date1 in HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS table) at customer account Level through soap webservice but we are not able to update since it has only tag to update context DFF not the Global DFF. So do we any API or we webservice to update Global DFF at customer account.
