External Carreer Site:Not possible to hide the "Delete profile" button

we have encountered an issue regarding the External Carreer Site.
In brief, it is impossible to hide the "Delete Profile" button when navigate into the system in English language.
In Italian language the button is correctly hidden.
We have also followed the steps mentioned in the document Doc ID 2696912.1 but it not works.
It seems also like there are two different pages one for italian and one for english language when modifying the CSS.
