To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Can we limit the number of competencies selected in the Performance document (off of content items)?

I need your valuable inputs on this.
We are not using profile management i.e. competencies aren't attached to profiles.
In the Performance document template, the competencies section has been configured to use specific content items in order to allow the manager/employee to select competencies from a library of 12 competencies created as content items.
Our client wanted us to limit both the number of competencies and goals to 5. For goals, it was possible in the goal plan. However, I'm unsure if there is a way to restrict the # of competencies one can select.
Is there any way to restrict the number of competencies one can select to 5?
