Possibility to include a task that does not need to be completed in the Performance Evaluation

Summary: Our client has a need to include a task to contest the feedback meeting after the Performance Appraisal is completed - additional task after the appraisal is completed, but that the employee has the option to comment on if the manager does not give the feedback to the employee. Note: the appraisal needs to be completed for the employee to perform this task
