Manager approval in performance evaluation

Summary:

In the Performance Evaluation, my client has the need to make the employee send an attached document for approval by the manager before the start of the performance evaluation. From the moment the manager approves this documentation, the score is computed for the system in the competencies (at the time of the evaluation, if the employee sent the attached document before the evaluation, the employee receives a result in the competency that evaluates the sending of attachments by the employee) This step is performed before the evaluation begins
