How to restrict item category according to Inventory Organization

Need to restrict item category inventory org wise. Is it Possible to do so?

Content (required): There are different inventory organization with different item categories per organization. While creating Requisition, user is able to see every item category. How can it be restricted as if user can see only item categories related to his inventory org.
