Unable to activate Done button on Performance Evaluation Page

Hi Team,


We see that there is an option to enable done button on Performance Evaluation Page. However, it is grayed out and unable to activate it using page composer. Please check the screenshots attached. We are working on finalizing the performance template by this weekend. Request you to prioritize it.
