Hi Experts,

Need help on the following error message:

 There was a problem saving the elections because another enrollment exists in the same element that this enrollment uses. (BEN-991105)

Element Sup Life Ins Employee, Rate Vol Life 5X Salary, Effective date 2022-12-24.


We have a few employees, who have Pending Actions. If I open Pending Actions and enter the Received Date, the above error pops up

Any suggestions?
