Loading multiple instances of a JobTemplate

Hi,

Our customer is filling a file to load JobTemplates thru Taleo Connect Client and they want to restrict a JobTemplate to a list of Departments.
According to Taleo's data dictionary, Department's cardinality is 0 or 1 which means that it's impossible to set a list of departments so we are looking for a workaround.

As they have hundreds of job descriptions, they don't want to write the same job template over and over but with different department.

Let's say that they send in the Department field a value like "depcod1|...|depcodN", there are ways that Taleo Connect Client applies some pre-processing rules to split the department field into N department codes and for each one of them create/process a single JobTemplate instance?
