Summary

Not able to find previous target values in table HRG_GOAL_MEASUREMENTS for a particular measurement

Content

I am updating the particular measurement with new target values from the front end with new start and end date but I am not able to see previous measurement target values with old dates in the table HRG_GOAL_MEASUREMENTS.
The only target values that comes up in the table is of the latest update and not the previous ones.
I want to access all the target values for a particular measurement along with their start and end dates.
