New Process for Adding and Updating Responsys Services Effective May 8, 2017

Beginning, Monday, May 8, 2017, a new process is required for managing Oracle Responsys Subscriptions. The new process requires Account Administrators to log into the Oracle Cloud Portal to add or update subscriptions and services for your account(s) with Oracle Responsys.

If you are the Account Administrator for your organization's Oracle Responsys account(s), you should have received an email with details for accessing My Services Administration within Oracle Cloud Portal.
