Migrating Campaigns to Message Designer in Responsys - Part 2

This was a presentation that was done at MCX this year.  This post is the first going over the information related to making the decision to migrate.  Other posts will go over collecting your assets, selecting your first campaign, and how to migrate.

Now that we’ve gone over the why’s and  dealt with the concerns on your changes, let's go over how to get started.

The first two steps are getting you ready to start your migration,  preparing your account, and getting your materials.

Step 1.  Create an RPL Folder in Your Content Manager

I cannot stress this enough.  Once you start this process, every HTML document in your classic structure should be ignored, copied over, and modified. You are starting from scratch.  This is an oppurtunity to start over with how you develop your HTML as well, but for now, anything you are going to migrate needs to be separated.
