Profile Data like COSTUMER_ID in url from link in email???

Hey.

Is it not possible to send profile data like a costumer_id or Repsonsys_ID in an url.

Like: https://myurl.com?cis=$COSTUMER_ID_$

Is equal to something like

https://myurl.com/?cis=4569897212

It used to work fine.

Any help would be great
