Shorten Form Link SMS Campaign

Dear All, hi!

I have a request to create a cx survey form and send it via an sms campaign.

Is there any way to shorten the form url into the sms text?

I tried to use a shorten url form by using an online tool but it seems that it doesn't work properly.

Even if the submission is completed successfully, no data are inserted into the PET table which I have linked with the form.

Is there any way to use a shorten responsys form url into the sms campaign?

Any thought it could be more than helpful.
