Important updates regarding Spamhaus, an industry blocklist

Spamhaus recently increased the number of listings for mainstream email marketing senders. Spamhaus is the blocklist most frequently used by the majority of global ISPs. This FAQ provides additional details on the impacts and next steps.

If you are listed, most receiving domains will block incoming messages at the ISP level, meaning you will be unable to communicate with your audience. If you are labeled “informational only”, this is a warning from Spamhaus that does not result in the blocking of incoming messages, but we recommend taking action to address any issues and avoid penalty. In some cases, senders are not receiving a warning and instead moving directly to listed or blocked.
