Call Responsys From from a Landing Page - Preference Center

Is there a way to call a Responsys Form from outside a Responsys email and still bring personalization data?

I know in the form usage we have an URL that would open the form with nothing filled.

I was thinking of something like a connected user on my website who wants to change email preferences. Add a button that takes the user to the Responsys email preferences form with all personalization data already filled (just like when clicking from an email).
