Accessing the Oracle Responsys-hosted SFTP service

Global routing service endpoints are URLs specific for your Oracle Responsys account for the life of your Responsys account. These global routing service endpoints continue to route to your account if your account is moved to another backend OCI environment within the same data center region, or even to another data center region. (We do not currently support moving data center regions.)


The Responsys-hosted SFTP service has a URL with the format of *******-sftp.responsys.ocs.oraclecloud.com. The authentication via your SCP login name and SSH2 keys remains the same if your current SSH2 key is an OpenSSH key.
