Q: FBCA Facebook Custom Audience App

in Responsys

Question related to the Interactions consumption. Will the first sync to the existing Facebook Custom Audiences will cost an interaction for every member, or only those who are added/removed as future syncs?

I.e. customer is using FBCA with other platform and wanted to use Rsys for those, will the initial connection to the existing Audience will cost anything or only those added / removed?
