You can administer your own analyzer licenses

You can use in Oracle Eloqua license controls to manage analyzer licenses within your organization.

Why assign analyzer licenses?

An analyzer license allows users to create and update reports within Insight. Insight objects (folders and reports for example) can also have their own permissions and access settings, but being an analyzer allows your users to analyze your Insight data however they want to.
