Eloqua's Move to OCI - Product Notice: POD 3/4 -> DNS Configuration Changes for Microsites

INFORMATION FOR POD 3 & 4 CUSTOMERS ONLY

In preparation for Eloqua's Move to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and in alignment with recommended best practices, some Eloqua customers may need to make some DNS configuration changes between Jan 16 - Mar 10, 2023.

We have identified POD 3 & 4 customers who are affected by these required changes and are reaching out proactively throughout October and November 2022. If you are unsure, please contact Oracle Cloud Support and/or work with your IT team to confirm if you are impacted.

What’s changing?

In preparation for Eloqua's Move to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and in alignment with recommended best practices, Eloqua customers who have configured their domain name system (DNS) entries by using a CNAME configuration or by updating a domain’s A record to point to Oracle Eloqua’s IP Address may be required to make a configuration change.
