Our Performance Management need to be audited by the auditors.   The auditors would like to view all actions performed on the performance document such as -

1. Performance Document Reopened by HR specialist or Line Manager

2. Performance Document Transferred by HR Specialist or Line Manager

3. Performance Document Cancelled

4. Performance Document Deleted

5. Performance Document Update (overall score update)

We created audit report using shadow tables, however the we are not able to view any deleted, cancelled, reopened document.  We can only view any updates on overall performance score. 

Please advise on how all activities can be tracked in the audit report.
