Accrual Balance not Updating upon Termination

Summary:

For Front-loaded Accrual plan with 'Calendar Year' Plan Term, the employee is expected to receive a certain number of days, which is subject to proration on monthly basis. The proration happens alright. However, the balance is unchanged upon Termination, despite the correct balance being returned as shown in the log file.

Content (required):

For an example, an employee is supposed to receive 25 days of accrual for Annual Leave per year, subject to proration. If an employee joins in April and continues for the rest of the year, the accrual for the year should be: [(9/12)*25] = 18.75 (9 being the number of active months - April to December). Now, if the employee is terminated in October, the final accrual should become: [(7/12)*25] = 14.58 (7 being the number of active months - April to October).

Howdy, Stranger!
