REST API for Close PO Line

We are looking to use this REST API - REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement - Close one line

Per the API specs, there is supposed to be an element closeAction that we can include the value closeForReceiving

however I do not see this element in the Lines (child) or Header templates. Where do we provide this value to close a PO line?

If I select the button 'Table Row Changes' I receive the above popup, but I am afraid if I say yes it will mark the line as Closed, and not Closed For Receiving. I would like to understand how we change this...
