Best approach to connect Oracle CTI (using Oracle CX Cloud) & Microsoft Teams?

Summary:

With our company, our sales teams are divided into 2 groups...field sales & inside sales. Our Inside Sales Teams leverage the Five9 application for all of their inbound/outbound phone transactions as well as for live chat. With the Five9 integration, Phone #s on are clickable on CX Cloud Accounts & Contacts & upon click will dial the # in the Five9 application.

We know that Oracle now has native CTI capabilities available & we would like to leverage these features for our field sales teams to make Account & Contact Phone #s clickable for these Users as well so that upon click of a phone # it takes the User to the Microsoft Teams application that is used across our company where the # is automatically inserted into the Teams Dialer so that the User only has to click the "Dial" button to initiate the call.
