Any tips on the best way to inactivate an absence plan we no longer use?
Summary:
We need to inactivate an absence plan we no longer use. Employees are enrolled in the plan and there are historical transactions, but we have not used the plan since 2021 and all employee balances are currently zero.
Content (required):
Looking for suggestions on the best practices for inactivating this plan. Should we add an enrollment end date for each employee still actively enrolled prior to inactivating the plan and running the enrollment update process? We also have an Eligibility Profile attached to the plan. Do we need to inactivate that as well?
