"Done" button in self-assigned journey is always available?

Hi,

I need to known why the "Done" button, in a self-assigned journey, is always available also if the performer doesn't click on task application link and on report link in the task.

In other types of journey, not self-assigned, the button becomes available only if the performer clicks on these links.
