How to make the hyperlink specific to each created Competency in the Evaluation Topic?

Hello,

We are customizing the Evaluation Topics section and want to add a hyperlink to each of the created Competencies. The navigation path is Me > Career > Performance > Performance. However, when we add a hyperlink to one Competency, it applies to all the Competencies.

For instance, we have created 5 Competencies: Example 1, Example 2, Example 3, Example 4, and Example 5. When we put the URL or file path in Example 1, it becomes available to Example 2, Example 3, Example 4, and Example 5 Competencies as well.

Our intention is to have a different file for each hyperlink in each of the competencies. Is there a way to meet this requirement and make the hyperlinks specific to each Competency? We are currently using Page Composer for the customization. Therefore, we are exploring if there is an EL (Expression Language) expression available to achieve this.
