Vacation Period Setting Time Zone

Summary:

I am using Oracle Cloud in Japan (UTC+9), but BPM Work List time zone is set as UTC-0.

Content (required):

I am using Oracle Cloud in Japan. When I set vaction period in BPM Work List for requisition approval, it does not work in our time-zone (it looks like UTC-0 although we want UTC+9). Therefore this is inconvenient to check the time-zone for vacation setting. Oracle Japan is saying they can not change it, but is that true?
