My client wants audit reporting for benefits election changes.

As you can see from Audit report in attached document

the other benefits audit features for Evaluated LIfe Events works. I have seen Enrollment Results not working . Can you please let us know why Audit report -> Enrollment Results is not showing any data/attribute detail ? And is there any other way to Audit Enrollment Results that we can use and Audit during Open Enrollment who save the election or drop the plan.
