Routing Plan with Proportional Distribution in the week

We need a routing plan setup where activities are distributed proportionally.

Example:

There are 5 activities scheduled for the next week, which will be assigned to a group of 5 Field Resources. We need these activities to be proportionally distributed, so that all resources have an activity assigned, and if a resource has received the activity on one day, another will receive it on the next day, so that at the end of the execution all activities are distributed proportionally. It is possible?
