Who do you want to cover? Not available for employee plus family

Summary:

Hello,

I Navigate to the Benefit Plan > Eligibility (Train stop) > Select the Employee Plus Family Option > and then the Allowable Dependent or Beneficiary Designees tab>Add Family. But in enrollment page when I click that plan EPF it's not asking for who do you want to cover?

Kindly advise am I missing anything here?
