PD status Available in WFC Module

What is the Performane doucment status available in Worforce Sheet for the overriding the rating.

Content (required):

In WFC plan, we have an option for PD rating configuration template. However, when the rating is available for updating in wfc plan, i mean what is the PD status so WFC Manager can update override the rating through calibiration option.
