We have a strong need to show that an employee signed off on /acknowledged their performance review and the date that this happened.  Ideally we would like this to appear on the review document itself, especially when printed.  We have been using HCM for a couple of years and at the time we first implemented, we were told this was not an option.  Has anyone successfully accomplished this?
