How to add Alert Template in checklist tasks ?

I am facing an issue in checklist tasks configuration, As I have to send customize reminder notification to the performer of the task through alert.

But the issue is that in Notification and Reminder 'Reminder Template' option is not available.

Infact i have created the Alert Template also.

So my concern is how we can add alert template in checklist tasks.
