Can you please provide the reference and guide on how the service administrator can check the notifications pertaining to quarterly updates and background maintenance in CX Sales?
Customer has encountered connection issue due to background maintenance and has affected integration migration for production cutover activities. Please help to provide the reference for customer awareness so that activities can be planned out based on scheduled maintenance as customer needs guidance on how they will check these notifications.
