Odd Rates not splitting $0.01 Correctly

Hello!

I have a handful of rates that are odd numbers. There are no third pay period in a month deductions. So the rate is always divided by 2. I would expect, and have seen, the rate get an additional penny one period, but not the next. However, in PRD it is not doing this. And now PRD has been cloned to TST and DEV, so I cannot compare to what was tested in the CRPs.

For example, if my rate is 2.01/month. I expect one check to show $1.00 and the next check to show $1.01. However, both checks are showing $1.01.
