How to make the Language block required in Job Application Flow?

Looking for a way to make the language block on a job application flow required.

How do you make a block required in a Job Application Flow when there isn't a required box available? The languages are setup in Profile Types but there is nothing there to make it required. When I look at the block in the Job Application Flow it does not allow for any changes. It's a business need to make this required if possible. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
