Is there a way to customize the My Team page for a specific role?

Summary:

My Team page should display only Performance tile for a specific Role.

Content (required):

I have created a custom Performance Document Manager Role for Non-Managers, they mainly have access to evaluate the performance documents of employees who are delegated to them by a line manager. The requirement is to give them access to All-In-One evaluations page.

Attached are the Roles and privileges of this PD Review Manager Role.

After giving this role to an employee who had an employee role and this PD manager role only, the employee got access to the My Team Page. But this page came along with a lot of tiles and quick links (eg: Create Anytime Document, Document Records, Change Photo etc.) which was not required, as the data level security restricted the employee to access them. My question is can we customize this page to only include the quick link of All-In-One Evaluations for this role.
