Content (required): Hello! We recently turned on PII Anonymization within our Chatbot/ODA. Quickly, we realized that the NUMBERS entity does not anonymize Social Security Numbers. Currently, you can anonymize these entities - person, number, email, URLs, and phone_numbers. This is something that would be beneficial to agents and staff, since they would not be in a situation where they have viewed someone's stored SSN. We do not ask for SSNs in our chatbot and there is language that warns against entering personal information. However, users do not always follow those guidelines, and in our experience
