Benefits Default Enrollment Results in NO Election
Summary:
I have a requirement for when an employee loses eligibility for Plan A Option 4, they are automatically moved down to Plan A Option 2 when a dependent ages out.
Content (required):
I have setup a Default Enrollment fast formula that correctly returns AUTO_DEF_VAL = Y for Plan A Option 2 when the Evaluate Life Event Participation process is run.
The issue is that during the Enroll in Default Benefits process, I receive an error, "ORA-20001: You need to select more options to enroll in this plan. Select at least 1 options. Details: The plan type name is Plan A."
-
Because the formula is returning the correct AUTO_DEF_VAL I am thinking that there is a missing link somewhere in the plan or program.
