Rel 13: Search for My Organization Performance Document Page

Hi PMs

Our HR Business Partners have expressed concern that in Rel 13, there is no way to search for completed, in progress, canceled etc status performance documents. 

In Release 12, this feature was extensively used. Could you please let us know why this change was made and if there is an alternate way to perform the search as it was in Rel 12. I've attached screenshots for this page and the difference in Rel 12 vs Rel 13.

Please advise.
