Hello


We are attempting to create a journey for a returner to the organisation ( due to Mat leave for example) and the process needs to flow through various teams.


1. line manager to complete details about the returner.

2. Recruitment team to action 3 tasks

3. Onboarding team to action 4 tasks

4. Line Manager to confirm details.



While looking at this, it has raised a couple of questions:


1. Is it possible for the journey to be sent to the whole team ( recruitment for example) and then an individual in the team can claim this (via a notification?) and perform their tasks?
